When determining a plan to develop your property it is very important to delineate the limits of any wetland areas. These areas may need to be avoided, buffered or possibly crossed in the appropriate location. A "Wetland Delineation" is a vital first step in the process.  

Development Feasibility

Before you purchase any property, we can review the existing conditions and advise you whether the parcel can be used for your intended purpose.

Shoreland Permitting

The State of New Hampshire recently enacted changes to the Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act. If you own property within 250 feet of a lake or protected river and are proposing to either build a new structure or add to an existing structure, you will need to obtain a permit from the NH Department of Environmental Services.
